  • What is the shelf life of your product?

Our topped bars have a shelf life of 12 months and our untopped bars are 18 months. Delivered bars may be slightly less than this due to lead time. All bars have a best before date printed on the back of the packaging. Please keep these dates in mind when rotating through your inventory.

  • Do your bars need to be refrigerated?

No. Our bars should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Chocolate stored at the incorrect temperature can come out of temper, which means that the texture and flavour will suffer. Moisture in the fridge can lead to “sugar bloom,” meaning the sugar rises to the surface and discolours the chocolate (which has no effect on flavour, but doesn’t look too appealing).

  • What is your order lead time?

Lead time varies during the year but we aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days.

  • What is your minimum order?

MOQ is 6 cases (72 bars).

  • What carrier do you use?

We ship with FedEx next day for UK orders and FedEx international economy for International orders (ship time for international orders is generally 2-3 days).

  • Do you work with any distributors?

We do not work with distributors for UK or Europe, however we have a distributor for Japan, Taiwan and mainland China, and the US.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship with FedEx International. Shipping costs to be determined based on order size.
