Refund policy

Returns

We are unable to accept returns on our Chocolate as they are perishable. Please do not send your purchase back to us. If your order arrives damaged, then you must submit good quality images as evidence to our customer service team at info@ocelotchocolate.com. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please do not consume products that have been opened in transit.

If we can confirm the damages or defect were a result of our packing or the item is faulty, we will issue a refund, including the cost of shipping (if applicable). Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (usually less). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
